I help product organizations gain asymmetric leverage using AI through one-day private workshops. My workshops are radically hands-on, and all about adoption. Everything happens live: we practice habits on the spot. The capstone objective is for each participant to build a fully working, individually-tailored AI copilot for product management that they will actually use addictively. Each person’s AI copilot becomes the “tree trunk” for branching out and adopting more AI tools (such as AI prototyping and AI automation). What makes this approach transformative is that participants don’t just learn techniques/trendy tools, they develop habits and intuition to tinker and explore new ways to use AI. They develop the confidence to adapt to any future AI advancement. I tailor each workshop based on role expectations, product principles, vision/strategy, and areas where the org wants to level up.
